Why put up with the "Summer Drip" caused by aphid feeding on your favorite shrubs and trees?  Aphid prone plant species such as crape myrtle, tulip, oak, birch and alder trees, and roses can receive summer-long protection from a single treatment.  Our soil injection system provides a precise amount of Merit insecticide to the root zone of your shrubs and trees.  The plant's roots pick up and transport the protection to the foliage stems and flowers.  Merit is effective on a variety of sucking insects such as aphid, scale, and whitefly. Soil injection is performed when the plants are dormant and should be repeated annually.
